The Westgate Hill Terrace projects showcase our belief that when we renovate and remodel properties, if we ensure that they are as attractive and interesting as possible, then we are making a positive contribution to the popularity and vitality of an area.

In this instance we purchased five properties in a derelict condition in a run-down Terrace in the Summerhill area of the West-end of Newcastle that neighboured 5 Ravensworth Terrace that came to prominence in the BBC2 series ‘A House Through Time’. We extensively remodelled and refurbished them, transforming the Terrace from derelict to a spectacular example of a traditional Georgian Terrace.
