We are a small family run business. We have extensive experience across all aspects of housing, gained from a combined fifty years plus working in the sector.

Our proven track record spans:

Delivering large scale multi-£million award winning regeneration initiatives at a neighbourhood level for local authorities
Managing a broad portfolio of rental properties, including Houses of Multiple Occupation; short-term professional lets; holiday lets; and student accommodation
Project managing a wide range of exciting and bespoke housing developments, including a large villa in Spain, a modern town house, period housing, and bungalows, achieving excellent ROI in all instances where properties have been developed for sale. We are trained and qualified in PRINCE II project management and use a project management approach to ensure developments are delivered within pre-determined time, cost and quality parameters
Providing consultancy services for landlords to develop and improve their businesses, including working with local authorities and housing associations to develop and implement strategies to reduce their levels of vacancy; and to increase the length of time tenants stay with them (including work in low demand, hard to let areas)
Being Head of Housing for a local authority delivering an excellent service covering empty homes; disabled adaptations; regulation of the private rented sector; the delivery of new affordable
