The 70s House

This property built in 1971 had its original Formica curvy edged kitchen, faux leather bar, and avocado bathroom suite that were de rigour of the era. The layout featured small, dark rooms with low ceilings. Notably there were no windows in the south facing wall of the house. Whilst understandably loved by the previous owners we wanted to give the property a complete make-over. This became our flagship property, designed to showcase our design and building skills, and to illustrate how we embed our company aims and objectives into our projects (link to About Us section of the website).

We extended and extensively remodelled the property with a focus on height, light, space, and the creation of beautiful, unique features.
